By downloading or using palm'n'soul, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

palm'n'soul is an entertainment and self-discovery application that uses AI to analyse palm images and generate personality insights. All readings are provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice — medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise.

Entertainment disclaimer

Palm readings and all content generated by palm'n'soul are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. We make no claims about the accuracy, completeness, or scientific validity of any reading. Do not make important life decisions based solely on palm'n'soul readings.

Free tier and subscriptions

• The free tier includes limited readings as described within the app
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play Store policies
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Your content

You retain ownership of any images you provide. By using the app, you grant Palm N Soul a temporary, limited licence to process your palm images solely for the purpose of generating your reading. Images are not stored after processing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Submit images that are not of your own palm or that you do not have rights to submit
• Abuse the referral or Palm Bond invite system

Limitation of liability

Palm N Soul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on palm readings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of palm'n'soul after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
